Store Associates are the initial contact between customers and Cheezly's restaurants. They are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving customer complaints, and addressing any questions or comments that customers may have. Store associates perform many tasks. They take customers' orders, assemble the orders, and act as cashiers.

​

Job Duties

You will be responsible for operating cooking equipment or preparing cold dishes and beverages. As well as serving customers, light dishwashing and light prep work.

Tasks will also include janitorial duties such as end of night clean up, mopping etc.

Requirements:

Store associates MUST have reliable transportation and report to and from work on their own and on time.

Workers must be able to stand in a confined area for most of their work schedule. They must be able to stay alert and be able to exercise quick thinking. The ability to handle pressure and maintain an adequate energy level are skills that may make the worker's job much easier. Workers may work irregular hours, such as evenings, weekends or holidays.

Knowledge of governmental health regulations and food safety is required. Food handling and sanitation knowledge is also vital. Fast food workers should possess the ability to review and understand procedures, and general math skills are also necessary.

Additional duties may be added on during training.
